Founder Justin D. Meunier began collecting coins at a young age, immediately interested in the early coinage of Canada and Newfoundland.

.While attending the University of Rhode Island, Justin sold off his collection and began buying and selling coins to help pay for his university tuition, eventually establishing an eBay store with sales in 6 figures a year. 

Since establishment in 2007, Boardwalk Numismatics now boasts clients throughout the world, with customers in over 130 countries with interesting coins offered in all price ranges! In 2016, Boardwalk Numismatics opened our offices in Middlefield, Connecticut, and you can find us set up at coin shows around the world!

In 2016, Boardwalk Numismatics was selected by eBay as a finalist in the inaugural eBay 'Shine Awards', highlighting 15 successful small businesses. Boardwalk Numismatics was honored to be included as one of the top 3 'Growing Businesses' within it's particular category. 

In addition to running Boardwalk Numismatics, Justin enjoys spending the rest of his spare time playing basketball, traveling and hiking with his poorly behaved dog, Bear, and his wife, Paula.

Loren Jefferson is our office manager. She has worked with Justin since 2012, and while not from a numismatic background, handles much of the day to day activities of Boardwalk Numismatics, including listing and shipping, as well as assisting at our larger shows. In addition to her duties at Boardwalk Numismatics, Loren is a talented DJ, performing at events around the country, and a very avid traveler! Loren can be reached at Loren@boardwalknumismatics.com

Dane Bowman is our assistant numismatist. He came to us with almost 10 years of experience in professional numismatics and is quite knowledgeable in world numismatics from A-Z. Dane is also quite an avid collector himself, with interests in Primitive Money, coins depicting plants and trees, and whatever else catches his eye!  Dane can be reached at Dane@boardwalknumismatics.com

Lily Bowman is our head of shipping. She handles the packing of the packages that we ship out around the world. While not a coin collector herself (yet!), she is a very talented photographer and graphic designer.
